RULES & REGULATIONS

Application form & Prospectus

The application form and the Prospectus may be obtained by hand from the Institution Office on cash payment of Rs.300/- only. The Application form and the Prospectus may also be obtained by Post. Request for this purpose may be sent to the following along with a Bank Draft of Rs.365/- only in favour of S.P.S payable at New Delhi.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected purely on the Merit basis, based on the marks of the eligibility qualification mentioned in the Prospectus. Registration Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fees

  • For Semester Mode courses, Fees will be charged on Semester basis. No monthly instalment scheme is available. For Yearly mode courses, the Fees will be charged on yearly basis.
  • All fees and other dues are payable by the students in each term by the dates notified by the Director.
  • Fees once paid shall not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
  • Guardians of the students are personally liable for the payment of all the dues of their wards.
  • Students shall not be permitted to sit in any examination unless all the outstanding dues against their names have been cleared off.
  • The Institution is not responsible for any changes of Fees by Board/ University. The students will have to adhere with the new Fees structure of the Board/ University. However, The Board/ University will not be under any obligation except for the Board/ University fees as prescribed by them.

Discounts � Candidates can avail only one discount structure

  • 10% discount in Tuition Fees will be given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Women and BPL
  • 25% discount in Tuition fees for weekend classes.

Reservation & Age Limit

The Institution will follow the Government rules strictly.

Minimum Compulsory Attendance

The minimum compulsory attendance for students has been fixed at 75% of the actual number of working days is each class/ period.

Suspensions/ Discharge

  • Trainees are liable for discharge on account of unsatisfactory progress in training
  • For acts of indiscipline and misconduct.
  • If attendance percentage falls below 50%.
  • The pending investigation of allegations against him/her.

General Guidance

  • Once the student is admitted, he has to pay the course fees in full as scheduled.
  • Students are ought to be regular and punctual at lectures, demonstrations, seminars, practical, field work and such other academic exercises. They are required to attend all the allotted working periods in each of the prescribed subjects.
  • Students whose conduct, attendance or progress is not satisfactory, will not allowed to appear in the examination and their names will automatically struck off from the rolls.
  • Ragging in any form is prohibited in and near-by the campus. Any student found involved in any form of ragging will be subjected to disciplinary action.
  • Students should maintain a sense of decorum and discipline inside the Institution and in public places.
